Working knowledge of server operating systems like Citrix, Windows 2003, and Windows 2000 Server is an attribute required in a network administrator.

Network administrators are in great demand in various reputed companies like Cisco, eBay, Apple, etc. To gain better job prospects in the field, certain training and certification programs are available, which include Cisco, CWNA, Juniper, Microsoft, and CompTIA. The job offers lucrative salary as per qualification, experience, and organization. The salary increases gradually with more years of working experience.
