The first thing many of the fresher worry
just after finishing college is to find the right job. Recruitment boards are set up in many colleges

marks, you can get a good job just after you finished college.
Since
freshers do not have experience to show to potential employers, their
resume/Bio data requires different style of writing. As we all know, a resume/CV/bio Data, whatever

makes a distinction in getting the desired job. The entry level professional,

largely the job placement.
There are two common formats of writing a
resume for freshers:
- Functional
- Chronological
In a
functional format resume, the skills and core competencies are highlighted.
This type of resume is very helpful if you are beginning your career. This
format is also useful if you want to change your professional domain. In this
format, one should put emphasis on skill sets. Recruitment sites or agencies usually search
for fresher with skills sets available.

In the Chronological format or writing the
resume, the work experience is highlighted as per the date, starting with the
latest first. This type of format is helpful when the each job experience adds
to the strength of the resume. For persons with experience of 2 to 5 years,
this type of resume format works. If you are a fresher, highlight your co
curricular activities and the enriching experiences from these activities. Do
not forget to mention the educational qualifications and training if any gained
during academic days.
