We always think of various changes that should be done in the work culture, qualities which should be checked while short listing candidates for a job, other than their educational qualifications. Traits which should be added in the list for selecting a deserving candidate, how much we do not want our bosses to deny our leaves, to make them understand one is always not in a mood to work, all these things and anything and everything you want to share with the world, can be stored in this blog. A platform, where, you can freely express your feelings about your job and work environment, just like me (Gurleen) and my friend (Deepika) have planned to do by expanding this blog and making it more than job listings blog.
